Hi, I would like to know what needs to be done to delete, clean, remove all the emails from my Free Zimbra mailbox all at once? It's urgent.

So what I notice today, a few years later (the feature may not have been available in 2012), is that since the online Zimbra interface (in web browser), you can delete all the results of a search at once (not just those on the displayed page).
By search, Zimbra means the emails you display on the screen. If you perform a search (recommended, to avoid deleting what you want to keep) or if you open your main mailbox.
To select your emails, there’s a checkbox in front of each line. At the top of the column of these checkboxes, an "column title" checkbox allows you to select all displayed emails.
To empty your mailbox, press Shift + top checkbox, all messages will be selected, including those on subsequent pages, and you can delete everything at once.

If you want to keep certain emails, transfer them to subfolders; they will be preserved there.
