Boîte mail @free supposedly "full" yet completely empty

Hello, I have a problem with my Free mailbox. This morning, I was unable to receive emails on my @free address on Zimbra because it was full. I first completely emptied my Zimbra mailbox, but still nothing. I then logged into my mailbox directly on the Free website via "Roundcube" and emptied it completely as well, but still nothing. I am unable to receive messages even though the storage is at 0.2% used out of 100.
I fiddled with the settings, and I have no idea where the issue might be.

Have you thought about emptying the trash in Free's webmail?
