Black screen at Wakfu launch

Question

Hello,
I recently downloaded Wakfu, but when I click on "Play" in the Wakfu updater, the game screen appears but freezes completely black... I uninstalled and reinstalled it about ten times, but that didn’t help
Any solutions?

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 9.0

Windows® XP and later, Mac® 10.4 and later, Linux... (these three ellipses may mean that it could also include Windows 7.. maybe) but I played it before, I uninstalled it and today I wanted to play again, but it doesn't work.

Some antivirus and firewall software prevent you from installing the game WAKFU on your computer. You must then disable this protection software during the installation.
They say that too, but it's not the installation that's the problem, it's when I click on "play"... is it the same or?...

Uninstall it anyway.
Disable or uninstall your antivirus software.
Then, install your game.
You reactivate or install another antivirus.
Then, you try again...

Have you tried doing what I told you by disabling or uninstalling your antivirus, then reinstalling another antivirus, and then disabling it, etc...?  Otherwise, this may sound very silly, and I don’t know if this is the source of the problem... What version of DirectX is installed on your PC? You might need to install another program to play it... Had you uninstalled any program before it stopped working?  If not, it might be related to your PC's configuration. Does your PC overheat a lot? Is it old??? Is your graphics card acting up?  It’s an online game, so what is your connection and its speed??? Who is your ISP?  Voo? Belgacom? Euphony? Orange? ,...  There you go.

Don't get discouraged in life!!!  Is your PC on a public or private network??? When you set up your connection, you should have adjusted this setting, normally. So, you can check this by going to the Start menu, Network, Network and Sharing Center. Below your modem, you can see what type of network it is. Home (private, I think), Public,...  Then, disable your network; click on "Public" if it is a public network.

Could it be related to Java? When I hover my mouse at the bottom of my screen (where the icons appear) on the Wakfu game screen (which is supposed to show), there is the Java logo to the left of the icon's name.

I just uninstalled it...otherwise others say to go to "properties" by left-clicking on the game icon, go to "compatibility" and change the compatibility mode, should I set it to Windows 7? because it was under Windows XP (service pack 2)
