Word - text not visible on screen

Hello,

In a Word file (latest version), I have text that is not visible on the screen (including when I do "Print Preview") but still appears consistently when printed.

Do you know what could be causing this?

    Hello,

    The hidden text is apparently simply masked.

    Show all hidden characters (Ctrl+Shift+8).. You should see your hidden text underlined with a dotted line.
    Select it, then in the Character Format dialog box, disable the Hidden option.
