PDF printing issues on Mac Book

Hello,
I still can't print the documents I receive in PDF, either directly or through Preview.
However, it seems to me that it should be possible.

    Hello,

    The PDF file must have been saved with print and modification restrictions.

    I just thought of something I've never tried but maybe it could work. It's to open your PDF with "Preview" and reprint it as a PDF. Then you take your newly created PDF file and try to print it with your printer. Maybe the print restrictions will be gone by doing it this way.

    I tried reprinting a PDF to PDF and it worked, only the original PDF didn't have print restrictions.
