[outlook]unable to open the info bank

Hello everyone
I just configured an exchange and pop address for the same user. But when I launch Outlook: "cannot open your default mail folders. Cannot open the information store." Then I click "ok" without having a choice.
A new window appears: "do you want to open the default file system folder instead." "no" closes Outlook; "yes" opens Outlook with "my computer" but there is no inbox or calendar????
The configuration seems to be done correctly on the stations and at the active directory level, unless????
I'm struggling, please a helping hand would be welcome.

Here is the problem: Outlook is not reading your email because you haven't given it....you might be thinking.. how to do it because it won't open...
Go to "Control Panel", "Mail", then "Email Accounts"
Click "Next" after selecting "Show or change existing email accounts"
DELETE THE ONLY ACCOUNT, THEN CLICK ON CREATE A NEW ONE by entering the information corresponding to your email... MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL IS SELECTED AS THE DEFAULT EMAIL
AND THERE YOU GO, IT'S DONE :P GOOD LUCK EVERYONE

Still the same f*****g error message, not to mention that I'm wondering if I've lost all my files?!
