Smart card reader software

Hello,
I have an ACR38Usb card reader from ACS.

I tried to use it with "Cardeasy," but it does not recognize the reader, which is correctly installed.

Does anyone know if there is a version that supports it or possibly the name of another similar software?

I have successfully downloaded the latest version of the drivers from this site, and they are installed.

My problem is with the software "Cardeasy," which apparently does not recognize this model of reader.

Who has the solution?

Hello,
I apparently have the same problem as you with cardeasy; it does not recognize my USB card reader even though it is properly installed. Were you able to solve your problem and, if so, could you please let me know how?
