Hello, here it is
I have an ASUS X70
For some time now, it switches from battery mode to charger mode every second, the icons indicating this on the screen keep appearing endlessly, my laptop is no longer charging, my battery is at 38% and won't increase, but it keeps saying it’s charging
The WORST part is that even with the battery removed, the laptop still bugs, it switches from battery to AC mode, and at one point it shuts down, I suppose it’s the charger that is supplying inconsistent current, like a bicycle dynamo that isn’t going fast enough and the light keeps flickering
Does anyone have a solution?
Thanks in advance
Configuration: Windows Vista / Safari 535.7

Hello
It seems that your charger is faulty..
You should be able to find one easily at:
https://www.aboutbatteries.com/
or:
https://www.100000volts.com/
In any case, stop using it only on AC power without a battery; you are taking a big risk for your PC..

Hello,
It’s possible that your charger is defective (short circuit?).
Try borrowing a compatible charger to test or buy an ASUS or compatible charger.
In any case, don’t play around with plugging and unplugging too much, as you risk burning your motherboard.
See you!

I just had the bug again, and when I put my ear on the charger, it makes an alternating sound. I suppose it's not converting the current properly. I will try with another charger.
Thanks for your help!
