Hello,

I had a 17" TOSH with an Insert key. It was convenient for writing text over another in Word, for example. I have a new 15" Tosh and I can't seem to use that function. There's an Inser key next to the Delete key, and it also says Inser on the 0 key of the numeric keypad, but I can't seem to insert anything... Can you help me?! Thank you!

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.7

    Hello
The Ins key is located above NumLK or Num Lock. When Ins is activated, the numeric keypad is not, and vice versa.

What I indicated doesn't seem to apply to Toshiba
I have an old Tosh Portégé (sic) 12 " where the Ins key is all the way down at the bottom left of the Del key. The keyboard is AZERTY with English labels.

Let's be serious: two presses with Ins is abnormal. If the device is new, it should be replaced. Otherwise, it's best to check with the retailer first before cleaning the keyboard.
