Hello,
I purchased an EPSON SX218 printer less than a week ago. However, the "paper jam" message has been appearing continuously for the past 3 days. I checked inside the printer and everything seems normal.
What's strange is that it can make copies without getting stuck and showing this message; however, when I try to print from my computer, it gets jammed: the paper starts feeding, begins to print, but gets stuck almost immediately.
I should mention that I connect the printer to my laptop with a USB cable every time I want to print, as the printer does not have Bluetooth capability.
Do you have any advice to help me resolve this issue?
Knowing that I have already performed a cleaning and alignment of the print head as well as a reset.
