Resetting EPSON STYLUS SX218 Printer

Hello, for the past two days, I haven't found a solution since the error message w-11 has appeared on my printer.
Since I wanted to change the 4 cartridges, this message appears "Cartridges not recognized" even though they are the same cartridges I used before and they worked perfectly.
I have seen on several forums that this comes from Epson, which has programmed the chips not to work anymore.

Can you please help me? Thank you very much.

Good evening.
Some printer manufacturers protect their products.
So if the cartridges are not original Epson for example (so-called compatible cartridges) or if the cartridges have been refilled, do not be surprised if it doesn't work.
This is also true for other printer brands.

PS. Often create a restore point! It solves quite a few problems.

Citation : "..I saw on several forums that it's Epson who programmed the chips so they wouldn't work anymore. ..." end of citation.

Come on, come on, you can’t really believe everything you read on the internet!!!

Just because a little pretentious clone, probably arrogant and definitely pompous, came to vomit on a forum - just to make it seem like he knows things and to show off; it doesn't mean that what he spat out is the Truth ...

Don't you agree?

Assuming you have never used very low-end cartridges, known to be printer killers because of their lousy design ( http://i1356.photobucket.com/albums/q738/puces2nimes/forum_compatibles_tueuses_2_imprimantes_zps6f5cbe53.png ); the printer is still in good condition....

And the cartridges, if they are full, may not be responsible for the problem you are experiencing.

To find out, you can use the WICRESET software for free (in diagnostic mode) https://www.2manuals.com/ .

You will know if it comes from the cartridges or elsewhere. Because the problem may not even be what you think...

Best regards to those who inquire about me, before possibly criticizing my proposals.

Well, of course!
With the sarcastic tone to boot.
As if the average person wouldn't care about the interest of their savings.
But the most obvious scam is the products that feed the printer and not the abusive use of other cartridge models, as per the obsolescence as a business strategy.
Being like the person above, scammed by Epson and its shady system, right?
I suggest no longer buying Epson, that's it, it's radical.
