Phone number to reach a Bouygues advisor

Hello,

I would like to contact a Bouygues advisor regarding my bill from last month.

I want to call from an Orange mobile phone. Do you know which number I should dial?

I tried 1064 but I couldn't reach an advisor.

They are still #1 in customer relations and the contact number is displayed everywhere on their site.

Thank you for this very useful information that we can all find very easily. However, being able to speak directly with an advisor is much less quick, if not impossible. There is no phone number to do so.

And yet, if you clicked on the link I gave you, you would find it, that non-existent phone number.

As for the wait before reaching a customer service representative, that's the case for all customer services that I know of. Nothing specific to Bouygues.

I don't understand, if you have the number why not include it in the message instead of making pointless comments! Moreover, it's not indicated on the provided link.

Otherwise, call 1064 to contact SL.

The pointless comment is the answer to his question and it allowed the person to contact customer service.

If you can’t read, that’s your problem.

As the gentleman who asked the question indicates: 1064 doesn’t work. So your advice - and your post - we don’t care, especially since you’re doing it on a post flagged as "Resolved" for a while.

Hello,

It says this on the website:

Your contact for Bouygues Telecom Card:
* From your mobile: 634 (free call, then connection charged to your credit)
* From a landline: 1034 (local call rate)

Your contact for prepaid 3G+ offers:
* From a landline or a mobile: 1034 (local call rate)

So I think it's 1034. Hoping this can help you...

I'm fed up with Bouygues!! It's impossible to reach them without spending hours on the phone, giving yourself migraines!!! And the customer service is unpleasant too!!! I made the right choice switching operators!

So here it is, after an hour, I finally got someone on the line to tell me that the unlocking service is down! Call back Thursday starting at 8 AM!!! And they’re messing with me on top of that!!! Well done customer service!!!!
