Hello,
On October 1st, I switched from a Universal Mobile plan to an Evasio 2 3-hour plan, so I wanted to take advantage of the reimbursement offer of 70 euros + 40 euros refunded for the purchase of an Xperia Arc (coupons to fill out and send back).
"Also available for Universal Mobile Customers or Bouygues Telecom Card customers who switch to a Bouygues Telecom mobile plan or a complete ideo plan with a minimum 12-month commitment."
So I called the number 0825038038 to find out how this offer works and eventually heard that they did not recognize my number; anyway, I called Bouygues Telecom customer service who told me that no letter had been received.....(I sent it the next day) and that I had to wait 8 weeks.., I will wait but while reading some forums I realize that there are a lot of scams with this type of reimbursement offer and that customer service says a bit of anything, I would like to know if anyone has had this kind of problem too, thank you!!

It is clear that there are a lot of scams regarding refund offers. I got cheated too. Indeed, I bought a Sony Xperia T3 in November 2014, which entitled me to a 30 euro refund on the phone. I submitted the barcode and the IMEI number of the device via the refund offer site on time. I received no response for a few months. I called them. They told me they hadn't received anything. So I resent it to the return address indicated by Sogec Gestion. I received a letter a few weeks later telling me that I hadn't sent it in time. I told them that I was going to cancel my subscription because they are real scammers. I would not recommend anyone to take a plan with Bouygues Telecom.
