Hello,
I had a problem with my phone purchased from Bouygues, it was sent for repairs, and they gave me a Sagem as a loaner phone. I wasn't too thrilled about the 150 euros deposit, but I had no choice. The issue is that my husband broke the screen of the loaner phone... Someone he knows looked at it and said it was a motherboard problem or something like that, and the screen needs to be replaced too.
My question ---> What should I do? Buy the same phone and try to recover some parts? Buy the same phone and swap it with the other one? Or should I report it to them at the risk of paying for repairs that might exceed 150 euros?
Thank you in advance if you can shed some light on this...
Best regards.
