Hello,
Hi, I've been playing on Game Duell for a while now, in the Riddle of Fortune... But for the past week, I haven't been able to access my account or the games... I enter my username and password, and I get a page that basically says the page can't be displayed properly, and they suggest solutions that obviously don't work... Of course, I've tried to write to them, but I can't do that, because they ask for my username and password to proceed, but that doesn't work! Anyway, I'm stuck with my little amount of money on their site, and impossible to play, or access my account, and thus even less impossible to recover my money... if anyone has a solution, I’m all ears... I'm starting to get fed up... and it just so happens that this is happening while I'm doing quite well and winning a lot... Are they afraid I’ll ask them to pay out my winnings since I keep winning?
Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 7.0

I signed up but I only play with fake money just to see how it goes, and well, it turns out that when you win, it says your win is €1.50, but if you look at your account, it only gets credited with €0.50. However, when you lose, your account is debited by €1. Conclusion: you lose much more than you win, a nice scam.

Game Duel:
As long as you play for free, there are no problems except for frequent disconnection issues (and it's already good if you get your stake back). The games are nice and easy to use, but that’s the only positive point.
When you play and win, the site takes half of your winnings; if you bet 2 euros, for example, if you win, you only win 1 euro, and if you lose, you lose your 2 euros.
The site profits from half of your winnings plus the entire stake of your opponent and vice versa if you lose. This means you need to win 3 out of 4 games to break even. You bet 2, your opponent bets 2, the site takes 2.50 from those 4 euros, no matter what happens in each round!!!
Who wants to bet 2 to win 1 or lose 2? If I had wagered on this site, I would quickly have the unpleasant impression of working for them and paying to make them money.
From my point of view and based on my experience as a player, this is pure and simple fraud. I play on a lot of gaming sites, poker, sports betting, blackjack, etc... none of these sites take more than 8 to 10% of your winnings and take nothing from your losses (the losses go to your opponent, less their 8 to 10%).
I find it scandalous that such a site is allowed, but they do not force anyone to come and get fleeced, so it must be legal. However, as an experienced and seasoned player, I give you this advice: don’t feed them, don’t become one of their patrons? employees? pigeons? -
Hello
totally agree with these remarks: I played until a week ago, adding to my account in increments of €10, and I noticed the same thing – it's impossible to keep your winnings intact for long: they are quickly eaten away considering the amounts collected by Gameduell. And also a comment on the draws in Belote and its variations: if an opponent takes a suit, whatever it may be, we are inevitably going to play almost all the hands of the round in that suit, and of course always in favor of the same player: so from the very first hand, we know whether we're going to lose or win the round. Surely a bad card mixing procedure? Have a good day to future readers of my comment. -

My cousin won 400 euros, but they refuse to pay her, claiming that she has other accounts, which is not true. They are asking her for a video of herself to prove that it’s really her playing. They have no right to do that, but she will do it and write to them saying that since they are wrong, she will take them to court. Be careful.

Gameduell: as soon as I win a little, the game cuts off in the middle of a match, it says that the connection could not be restored...
So, my winnings decrease faster than they increase!
And when I write to them they tell me that they no longer refund the entry fees because the connection issue comes from my PC!
I’ve spent some money with them though... -
Hello!
@flowyl > Live test procedures are standard procedures on GameDuell to ensure that players are not using software to manipulate the games and/or that they comply with our General Terms and Conditions by only playing on their own player accounts, without holding multiple accounts. Most players must adhere to these simple conditions in order to receive their winnings, which can amount to several thousand euros. For more information on this, please contact GameDuell's customer service, always ready to answer your questions!
@Tachat 33 > Thousands of players compete every day on GameDuell, and the platform is generally very stable regardless of the number of players logged in at the same time. If GameDuell is "lagging" during your next connection, clear the caches, cookies, and temporary folders of your browser and restart it, that should improve the situation! If the problem persists, check that your Internet browser and Adobe Flash Player versions are up to date, and if that still doesn't work, try switching browsers. -
I confirm!
Indeed, after creating several usernames and adhering to their so-called guidelines, they always end up banning you...
They charge your account without any formalities, but when it comes to crediting it, that's another story!
Whether by email or by phone, their responses remain vague and unfounded, and if you insist, they will blacklist you.... -
Hello Diorissime37000,
Players are only excluded from GameDuell in exceptional cases of proven fraud/infringement of the General Terms and Conditions, and this is to protect other players on the platform.
Following your comment and your statement "Indeed, after creating several usernames while supposedly respecting their charter", it seems you have not taken into account point 11 of the GameDuell General Terms and Conditions, which clearly states that it is prohibited to open multiple player accounts after becoming a Winning Player. For more information on the subject, GameDuell's customer service is obviously available via e-mail or phone!

@ Everyone,
Good evening,
Below is my recent personal experience with Gameduell...
Without going into all the details, I reopened (after having closed it about a year ago...) my Gameduell account, having a bit of time to dedicate to it... I started playing a new game that I didn't know, Fossil Mania... and right from the start, I achieved HUGE scores!!! I quickly climbed levels, to the point that in some games I obtained a score so high that it was displayed as 0 and I lost my stake... actually, Gameduell has an anti-fraud system on their games... as soon as you exceed a score that seems "abnormal," there is an automatic block... it's quite frustrating at first, but in the end, it's rather reassuring that Gameduell has such a system integrated, which guarantees a certain Fair-Play!!!
I achieved such scores that within about fifteen days, I reached nearly 300 euros in winnings...
When I initially requested a withdrawal of my winnings, I received a message asking me to perform a live test... in short, to film myself playing x consecutive games in order to prove that I am not cheating...
It seems cumbersome, as one might not be equipped for it and the procedure for sending the data is a bit "heavy"... but ultimately, this video I sent proved my honesty, and at no time did Gameduell delay things or try to "keep the money" as I can read in some posts...
Moreover, for all the games I played that went wrong, I received a refund of my stake without any issues.
Every time I had to call customer service, I reached an operator in less than 30 seconds, and my case was always taken care of seriously!!! I have nothing to say, it's very professional...
All this to say that:
If you're honest, and even if it might initially seem "frustrating" to be "suspected" (even if it's for everyone's good... and "suspected" is not derogatory, as it's for the good of all), everything is resolved smoothly... you just need to give them time to technically analyze the information provided, but in the end, it's done!!!
So, I'm not paid by Gameduell, I don’t have shares with them, I don’t have any free games to write this message, but it's clear that on this forum, as in all forums and in France in general:
* There are people who "shout" because they think it's rigged... but these are really crooks, pack leaders who hope to rally the troops by shouting... and it's because of people like that that Gameduell (and probably other sites...) have to implement anti-fraud control systems.
* There are people who "shout" because they think it's rigged... but unfortunately they faced a technical problem... or a processing error on Gameduell's part (because they also have the right to make mistakes!!!)... but they don't make the effort to contact customer service, they prefer to shout... it's easier...
* There are people who "shout" just because it's in their nature... because they had a problem once... but because it’s always easier to shout than to try to get to the bottom of the issue and find a solution...
And then there are:
* Honest people who read the posts of all the above people and end up scaring themselves by thinking the site is rigged... and that as they have been told, they will spread the idea that it is really rigged without even having tried... the sheep following the shepherd...
And finally there are:
* Honest people who happen to be successful or simply have the right technique to blow up the scores in a game... and to whom Gameduell only asks for a small check, just to see if they are cheating or not, and that for the sake of the "GAMEDUELL community"...
Well frankly, in the end, I find that it’s worth making this "small" effort!!!
Because of the loudmouths, I initially doubted Gameduell's reliability.... because of the sheep, I almost abandoned my winnings thinking that it was a case of "the clay pot against the iron pot"... but because I belong to the last category, I just took the time to contact them, to dig with them into the root of the problem, to make this video proving my good faith.... and I will soon see my account credited with about 300 euros!!!
So, a word to the wise... and have fun on GAMEDUELL, because frankly it's a nice site, with a great variety of games, real opponents with whom you can interact... in short, a place to relax...
By the way, for the gullible, nothing compels you to play for money!!!
@+ and best wishes to all.-

FALSE!!!
I personally had to do a "live test" that obviously was not compliant
Obliged to do another one, they managed to permanently close my account despite MY request to redo another video because for personal reasons I was unable to send this 2nd video on time.
I politely asked for a little extension to make this video (I had been a customer for many years!!!) but it was a categorical refusal.
Result: LOSS OF 800 EUROS!!!
Thank you Gameduell!!! -
Same for me, no problem since 2012, I've always cashed in my winnings and I also made a video on several games without any issues. My husband must have done the same thing because we have the same IP address and they accepted our videos without problems. We received large sums of money transferred to our accounts and I want to clarify that we do not work for Gameduell.
I have the impression that the site must have closed in France, too bad, we must have had some money left in our accounts but never mind, the complainers have had their way with the site.
-
-
I confirm!
A lot of money held back on the duels.
During withdrawal, the site blocks the process for ridiculous reasons and the money never arrives!
They are crooks. -
Personally, I am registered on gameduell and I am very satisfied... I managed to win nearly €230 on this site which was transferred to my account (after a long delay, true, but I did receive it...), and they are also easily reachable by phone and completely honest when connection errors or other issues are their fault.
In short, I would highly recommend it for those who know how to handle a mouse and play small puzzle or speed games (much more profitable than games of chance)... -
Hopefully Gameduell won't stop like it did with Skillstar... players are complaining a bit like you do on http://skillstar.wordpress.com/ it's full of comments.

Hello fanny13,
On February 17th, a small number of players experienced issues connecting to their player accounts, but this problem has been resolved: please try reconnecting and everything should work!
If you are having trouble playing our games, you may have recently installed the antivirus Avast on Windows 8: this antivirus has a compatibility issue with our platform, but unfortunately, the problem comes from this antivirus and not from GameDuell. Avast will fix this bug by March at the latest.
If you have not installed this antivirus, please follow these technical tips: clear the caches and cookies of your internet browser; ensure that your Flash Player is up to date; if you have already performed these actions and the games still do not work, try switching to a different internet browser (Mozilla recommended).
We hope we have been able to help you!
Have a great day everyone.-
Indeed, I installed Avast on my new computer, but my other computer running W7 has Avast and Gameduell works very well... Anyway, thanks for the information, I will wait until March then!!!! If I had known that, I wouldn't have bought the new Windows, it's a bit special!!!!
Have a nice day and thanks again. -

Hello,
Would it be possible for you to send a screenshot of the error page that appears when you try to log in?
Best regards, Delven

I just had someone from their company on the phone (yes, it happens, it's rare but it happens lol). I think the person, although French, doesn't understand what is being said to them (level of education lol????). Anyway, the refund they promised me in two days has supposedly been delayed lol, they don't recognize their mistake at all.

Registered on GameDuell since 2009, until now, I would have said I was happy with it... A small withdrawal of a hundred Euros here and there...
But my gaming level has risen, so have my winnings!
My daughters signed up (after asking customer service if multiple family members could register), then the children's father.
We each have an average of 300 Euros per account...
We had to undergo the Live Test, whose ethics and legality seem questionable to me, but I did it anyway.
They respond to me that a score of 280,000 points on Prof Mulot is insufficient, whereas for those who know this game, it's already a good score: when I play paid games, sometimes I score more, sometimes less, sometimes I lose, sometimes I win.
They ask me to take a new Live Test (as if I have nothing better to do...)
Moreover, the father of my children opposes it.
So, we're all going to be banned because if one of us refuses, we all get banned.
I didn't receive satisfactory answers when I asked why they don't maintain the accounts that comply with this unhealthy task of the Live Test.
The bad faith is rampant!!! (Besides, they tell me it's written in the terms and conditions, but after rereading, there's nothing on this subject: we provided copies of IDs, that's fine, but nothing at all about the Live Tests).
In short, after emails and phone calls, I'm not looking to complain here because it seems we are far too many suffering from this dishonesty; I would like to know what steps (complaint, consumer association, etc.) I can initiate, because I do not intend to let this go.
Thank you for your future responses.-

Hello Olaphotha,
As already indicated previously in this forum, GameDuell always awards winnings to players who have won honestly on the platform.
This means, among other things, and as stated in GameDuell's General Terms and Conditions in point 4.5., Multiple Registration: it is prohibited to register multiple times on GameDuell. Similarly, a player cannot have multiple player accounts. A player account cannot be transferred to a third party.
It is the last sentence of this paragraph that concerns you: a player account cannot be transferred to a third party.
10 player accounts have been linked to your player account after thorough examination of it. Yes, it is certainly allowed to open multiple player accounts for family members. However, if each one plays on their own player account (and does not play together at the same time on the platform).
As you indicated, your level of play has increased as you continued your games on GameDuell. The level of play indicated on your player account has also increased. If you play this same game on your daughter’s player account that has just been opened, for example, you start with a beginner's level, which is not your actual level of play and you are misleading other players. Another example: if your husband turns out to be very skilled at Rapidobull and you at Solitaire, and you play both games on each other's accounts, the same problem arises.
It is therefore normal that, in accordance with GameDuell’s usual procedure, requests for live video tests have been sent to all concerned accounts linked to your player account, to verify that each one is indeed playing on their own player account and scoring the average scores typically achieved in the games involved in the withdrawal requests.
You scored 280,000 points in Professor Mulot in your video, however, after averaging your last one hundred duels in this game, the fraud service estimated that the score to reach was 318,000 points. Furthermore, as you know, this is not the only game for which you scored well below the usual scores achieved on your player account.
To conclude: GameDuell is ready to respond to the police, a lawyer, or any other legal action coordinated individually or with a consumer association, if you decide to file a complaint. The fraud service of GameDuell holds all the necessary evidence to justify the requests for live tests sent, as well as the report of the technical analyses carried out on the 10 player accounts linked to yours.
GameDuell is a website subject to very strict regulations and never blocks a player's winnings without valid reason.
Have a nice day,-
Good evening everyone;
I think it's perfectly legitimate for GameD to be concerned about the fair play of player accounts; an essential element for the proper functioning of this gaming site in order to protect all players rightly and to uphold our rights! Then, we must accept the rules of the game; the entry fees - the stakes, etc... they have the right to ask for a €0.40 stake and set the winning part at €0.60... when we stake, we accept these conditions; I’m first...
No one is obliged to "play" on this site if you are simply not satisfied, and do not deposit money into the account. It remains a leisure site; ..
wishing everyone the best going forward.

I had the same issue; there are two of us at home, each with our own account, and they asked me for a live test. Of course, I didn't do it; I find it excessive to ask us to film ourselves to prove our scores, especially since apparently no matter what score we get, GameDuell always finds an excuse not to refund. I've played poker online on other sites and I've always recovered my funds, and I've never been asked to film myself, so GameDuel's practices are a bit excessive. They take a huge cut on the duels and then don't pay out the winnings; margins plus player winnings, they seem to be set on achieving that.
Moreover, apparently they do nothing to stop cheaters; they let them play, given the number of players on this site with a low level who, when you play against them, get impossible scores. Instead of stopping them, they let them play so they can make a profit off these players, and then they don't refund them for cheating; it actually suits them well for their revenue that there are cheaters.-

Hello, is it normal not to be able to register for Gameduell?
I've been desperately trying for 2 days, but when I click on "register," I am redirected to a login page.-
Hello Lama!
There is a small bug on the registration form at the moment, and this bug will be fixed today. If you already have a player account on GameDuell, please clear your browser’s cache and cookies before logging into your player account with your credentials. If you want to create a new player account on the platform, you can do so without any issues later this afternoon: please excuse us for the inconvenience :-(

Hello,
I would like gameduell to respond to the questions I am going to ask! I received a letter from gameduell, located in Germany, asking for the recovery of an amount of 304 euros (I explain that initially, the recovery amount was 122 euros) but that with the processing fees of 12.50 euros per transaction, it adds up quickly.
Here’s the situation: I got my gameduell player account hacked, and the hacker used my credit card number every day to play at gameduell (knowing that I had only deposited 10 euros once, and being stupid enough to have saved my card number, only to lose everything in one night: A HUGE SCAM). You always win in fake mode, and as soon as you play for real money, you get ripped off like a fool. Anyway, I put my anger aside! When I checked my bank account and saw: -10 euros/gameduell, -10 euros/gameduell, -10 euros/gameduell, etc... I immediately blocked my credit card. Well, the thing is that every time the person clicked on PAY, and since I had blocked my credit card, it created processing fees!!! Gameduell only sent me a letter after A YEAR, no email, no phone call, NOTHING. A complaint was filed with the gendarmerie, which was obviously dismissed but still proof of the scam. I paid the amount of 304 euros via PayPal because they threatened me with legal action in the letter and I was upset, but when I talked to people about this situation, they told me: you’re crazy, you’re going to pay for someone else, it’s disgusting! I talked to my bank manager, she told me: NO WAY, you are not paying (especially since there was a complaint and I explained the situation to them by email). So, I opened a dispute on PayPal and after about a month, since gameduell NEVER responds, the dispute was closed in my favor, and I got my money back, a total of 304 euros. Today, I don’t know what will happen... Maybe I will become homeless if they wake up after a YEAR with a debt collection of 10,000 euros, but I don’t care!!! I will not pay for what I did not play and I will not pay for what I did not win. So my questions are as follows:
HAVE YOU UNDERSTOOD MY MESSAGE THIS TIME?
ARE YOU GOING TO SEND ME BAILIFFS FROM GERMANY?
DO I NEED TO WRITE TO YOU IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE FOR YOU TO UNDERSTAND THAT I GOT MY PLAYER ACCOUNT HACKED?-

Hello cristal62340,
First of all, let's set the record straight: GameDuell's customer service responds to all emails within 48 hours, as well as by phone from Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Please contact them here: http://www.gameduell.fr/gd/service.do for answers to your questions.
For data protection reasons, GameDuell will not discuss details about your player account on a public forum, communication will take place privately.
Have a nice day. -
Hello,
I come to ask for information; at gameduell, I am good at a game, so I played on a friend's account and I reached 500 euros.
However, gameduell did not want to pay the money because they requested a video of my friend playing this game. I would like to know if they have the right to do that?
Thank you. -
Hello kily68,
When you registered on GameDuell, you accepted the site's General Terms and Conditions.
In these General Terms and Conditions, point 4.5 states that multiple registrations are prohibited: it is not allowed to register multiple times on GameDuell. Likewise, a player cannot have multiple player accounts. A player account cannot be transferred to a third party.
Your skill level has increased as you have played more games on the game you excel at on GameDuell. Your skill level is also indicated on your player account. If you play this same game on a friend's player account, you are starting with a beginner skill level, which is not your true skill level, thus misleading other players. You are therefore held responsible for fraud on the platform.
In this case, winnings are frozen and all affected player accounts are blocked to protect other players from such behavior. Neither you nor your friend will be able to re-register on GameDuell.
Have a nice day. -
Hello,
On my account, I made two withdrawals totaling 350 euros and I haven't received my money either. Is this normal? -
I wanted to fund my account with real money but now not at all... after seeing your comments, I won't take the risk, too much fuss to get your money back, I still prefer slot machines in a real casino, at least they don't screw with us!! It's outrageous!!
