Restore to factory settings on a DUST

Hello everyone,
I am reaching out to you after several weeks of searching on my PC and all over the place because I would like to perform a factory reset on my PC. It's a DUST SEID430. I have tried several times to restore from a backup, but this cannot be done; I always get an error message (which is blank by the way... so it's impossible to know what is going on). I don't know how to reset my PC to its original state, and your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance

Hello,

search on your computer for software whose name contains recover

If not, check if there is mention of a key at startup other than the one to enter BIOS/setup that could launch factory reset.

Finally, search in the disk manager to see if there is a recovery partition.

Thank you for your response, I do have a recovery but it won't start. The same when I try to launch the formatting, it tells me there is a problem with Windows so it abandons.

Hi,

do you have the recovery partition?

To find out: right-click on "My Computer" > manage > in the left column click on "Disk Management"
You check if there’s a 15 or 20 GB partition at the beginning of Disk 0 (it might be called recovery or restoration or might not have a name)

So this manipulation works on Acer... I'm not sure about DUST SEID430 but why not give it a try...
First, back up all your files that you want to keep on an external hard drive and then unplug it...
Next, restart your computer...
When the BIOS turns on (the moment you press F12 to enter the BIOS)
press ALT and F10 (several times)
a complete system recovery window will open... does it work?

the alt f10 doesn't work, I'm going to try f12

F10 finally worked, but it won't launch Windows because it says it can't start due to an error.

Do you have the name of the error or a description? It's probably a damaged or missing DLL.

I haven't evolved much since then. However, I have been able to note the errors that appear!
When I want to perform a check and fix the errors:

Windows cannot check the disk while it is in use: yet, no web windows, software, or others were open

At startup of my computer:
Failed to initialize application 0X800106ba. A problem caused the service to stop.

just in case, try a chkdsk (disk check)

Unable to perform disk check:

Windows cannot check the disk while it is in use: however, no web windows, software, or others were running

Upon starting my computer:
Failed to initialize application 0X800106ba. A problem has caused the service to stop.

It's normal for the message about disk verification; it says it can't be done while Windows is running, and it offers to do it at the next startup, and you have to accept. At least, that's normal...

For the error message:
Application initialization failure 0X800106ba. A problem caused the service to stop.

It seems this is coming from Windows Defender, and someone suggests setting the service to automatic, check if that does anything:

Start
Run
Type services.msc
Find Windows Defender Services
Right-click on it >>> Properties
Check if the startup type is set to Automatic
If it isn't, set it and restart the PC.

He doesn't even offer to do the check at the next startup, it's not for lack of trying to schedule it.

As for Windows Defender, it's set to automatic but when I checked, it was showing: service status: stopped. I tried to set it to running and here's the error message:
Error 0x80092003. Error reading or writing to the file.

Your help is greatly appreciated.

I messed up trying to access the BIOS, I went into system recovery (and I still haven't found the BIOS by the way...) is it the Escape or Delete key?
