Universal remote control issue

Hello,

I don't know if anyone can help me, but I will explain my problem.
I bought a One for All universal remote control (urc-3920) for my TNT decoder. The issue is that I managed to enter the code and can turn the TNT on or off with the remote, and I can also navigate up and down and left and right. But the decoder does not respond to certain buttons, especially the OK button, and I need it for the initial setup of the TNT, to search for channels and configure everything. I can't do it manually, as the old remote no longer works at all. I should mention that the decoder is from the brand Metronic and is a zapbox slim.

So, I'm hoping someone can help me because I am really stuck.

Thank you in advance.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 7.0

@joseph75: Yes, I also tried the other codes, but they don't work.

@amak34: I have no idea if I can reprogram it, maybe I can, but even if that were the case, I wouldn't know how to do it...

    Hi,

Isn't there a way to navigate using the buttons on the decoder?

    Best regards

Yes, but there is none that allows us to validate the choice we made.

Maybe your remote control has programmed a code that doesn't exactly match the same model of Metronic, can you reprogram your remote control?

There's nothing, but I also think that there's simply a compatibility issue. I don't think I can fix the problem.
Thank you all for your help anyway.
    See you soon.

Is it mentioned somewhere on the packaging or elsewhere if it is compatible with the decoders?

Yes, it is stated that the remote control is compatible with TNT receivers, and in the user manual there is indeed the code for receivers of the Metronic brand. As I mentioned, the remote control did recognize my receiver, but only the navigation functions and the on/off function work.

Here is the response to the email I sent them:

Unfortunately, we do not provide an extensive service for our Ecoline/Slimline/Total control remotes. It is a basic remote service, and we are only able to provide information regarding the basic codes to set up your devices. You can always try a factory reset of the remote.

So there you have it, we ended up having to buy a new TNT adapter, so we no longer need the remote.

Thank you for taking the time to look for a solution to my problem.
