Hello,
I have an Acer AL1716 monitor, and for the past few days, I've not been able to get any images (black screen).
A few days ago, the on/off button was blinking orange and green.
Now it only blinks orange.
Even when not connected to the computer, these blinks occur.
I've tried pressing the on/off button, but nothing works.
What can I do? (besides sending it to the repair shop)
Is the monitor broken or not?
Thanks in advance
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

The orange diode means that this screen is in standby. Before throwing it away and contributing to the great waste, see if there's a repairman around you (not necessarily in IT but more in electronics) who would be willing to take a look. Sometimes it just takes a few inexpensive parts (ok! ok! a few euros ;) )
Best regards.

I also started by making mistakes!
Now I'm sharing my knowledge. -
power failure or inverter failure (high voltage for the "neon" lights that illuminate the panel)
Unless you have GOOD knowledge of electronics, it's either repair or throw it away -
Thank you for the quick response :)
I was planning to ask an acquaintance who is an IT specialist ^^
So that's what I'm going to do ^^
Thank you both :)
