Black screen on startup and flashing padlock key

Hello, I have an HP 620 laptop
the screen stays black at startup, the key with the lock blinks 3 times, stops, then blinks 3 times again and 3 times again (12 times in total) the fan is running, no suspicious noise
does anyone have a solution to this problem, thanks in advance

    Hi

    try disconnecting the RAM (clean it if there is any dust if necessary)

    otherwise replace it with a new one.
