Incredimail error message: 535 5.7.8 Error

Hello,

I have IncrediMail as my email client for a long time and for the past two days, I haven't been able to send any messages at all; a permanent error message keeps appearing that says: " 535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: authentication failure "
I can, however, receive all my messages.

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0

I had the error problem with incredimail where the outgoing mail was blocked with the error message: " 535 5.7.8 Error: authentication failed: authentication failure ".
I have as an ISP.
You need to go to incredimail, then the tab
" tools - email accounts - (select your main user email address)
- properties -
- advanced - and in the outgoing mail box (SMTP) put 25 instead of 587 which may have been automatically set. and
- OK
I did it and my blocked emails were sent immediately.
