Proxy server connection issue Solved/Closed

Hello,

I recently encountered a problem that came out of nowhere
when I launch a game (connected to the internet) or an internet browser, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, it shows me a proxy server connection problem. There is a method to block this that I am currently using, but I don't want that. I would like to know what the problem is that has occurred. Is it a virus, is it my bandwidth, or my computer?

The problem simply comes from the connection as a virus or spyware has probably altered your connection. Just go into your browser and uncheck the proxy connection and
miraculously everything will return to order.

for Google Chrome: go to Settings / Advanced settings. In the Network section, click on Change proxy settings. In the Internet Properties window that appears, select the Connections tab and click on LAN settings. Uncheck all the boxes in the Local Area Network Settings window and confirm by clicking OK.
for Firefox: go to the tools menu, options, advanced, networks, settings and check no proxy
for Internet Explorer: go to the tools menu, internet options, connections, LAN settings, uncheck "use a proxy server for..." and check "automatically detect connection settings"

I have a similar problem. I don't have internet access but the connection is good because I can access MSN. When I open a webpage, it tells me that "the connection was refused by the proxy server which does not accept connections." Running an internal diagnostic, here’s what I get:
"the device or resource is not accepting the connection.

The device or resource (www.microsoft.com) is not configured to accept connections on the port 'web service (HTTP)'. Contact your network administrator.
The computer or device you are trying to reach is available, but it does not support what you are trying to do. This could be a configuration issue or a limitation of the device."

What should I do?

same problem and no solution with facebook.fr or facebook.com only .... I can access all sites with different browsers except facebook which kicks me out

no problem with other computers

In this case, I found that my daughter had set up a secure access that requires going through https, so when she tried to load her bookmarked page that remained in http, she was being kicked out.

For me, it's completely different.
When I go to internet options (connection -> network settings -> uncheck proxy server), anyway, I can't uncheck that box; it's blocked!
Does anyone have an idea?

My problem is that I can successfully uncheck the proxy server and connect to the internet, but the disadvantage is that when I turn off and then turn on my computer, everything starts all over again. I installed a second antivirus, AVG 2014, and I already have Norton 60 Antivirus. I performed a full clean of Windows, but despite all this, I still have the same issue with the proxy server.
