Freebox V6 issue not working Solved/Closed

Question

Hello, so here I am, I just changed my operator, I just got Free, I received the modem, the digital receiver, etc. So I installed everything, no problem so far, the phone works, there is internet, however my Freebox Revolution (V6), the brand new one, doesn't want to work. The little blue light on the front is on, but no matter what I do, it won't turn on and the remote control is the same, it doesn't respond, yet I checked the batteries... but nothing works. The worst part is that it's still brand new, so I wonder if it's the Freebox or the remote control that's the issue, but it won't start, or if it's just the remote control or the Freebox. Please help, I feel like I'm going to crack!!!

one thing to do:
behind your modem (the one with the blue light) is a tiny circular black button located above the freebox, press it, then a message will appear on your TV screen indicating the procedure to follow, which is to press the remote control AV + FREE at the same time for one second then release, and it should work again. If the problem persists, repeat the operation.

Don't panic, it's normal, the line is not completely unbundled, on the Free servers the TV registrations are delayed, that's why everything works except for the TV
A little patience, it will come very quickly :)

Press the button and you'll see, what you have is a bug, even I have it when I want to turn it on nothing happens and when I press the free button the TV works.

Be careful not to put your Freebox player in standby by pressing the power button on the remote for more than 2 seconds (after the power indicator turns red).

+10 for the little reset button on the back of the player, I fiddled with it a bit and it works perfectly again, including the remote...

for the powerline adapters, it says on the papers supplied with the boxes, press each button on the powerline adapters for 2 seconds, they will flash orange then turn green once the syncing is complete...

for the reset button that is stuck at the back of the player, press it once and everything should work again.

Same problem with the player and the remote control being blocked. Resolved by rebooting both boxes.
The procedure to follow is as follows. It is only valid for those for whom everything (Freebox TV, etc.) was working correctly before:
1). Reboot both boxes (in the order: the Server, then the Player). If that doesn’t work, move on to 2.
2). Hard reboot the Player only (Reset button). If that doesn’t work, move on to 3.
3). Plug the Freeplugs directly into the electrical outlet or, as Vincent mentioned earlier, first into a power strip so that they are the first to be powered with electricity.

For it to work

If you are on total unbundling, remove the ADSL filter and replace the socket with a normal phone socket without a filter using an RJ 11 cable

Reset the Freebox server to factory settings upon restart
Resynchronize the 2 Freeplug units following the provided instructions
Restart the Freebox player
in the settings of the Freebox player
in television set ADSL then low bandwidth
Screen display 16/9 HDMI output automatic resolution or manual 1930x1080 of your choice full RGB range yes

At my place, in this configuration everything works well
The only downside is the DECT, I can synchronize my phone with the base, it rings but there's no sound, too bad
In the meantime, I reconnected the phone to the Freebox server via the telephone socket while waiting for a solution from Free

To get VoIP working on Freebox, if it doesn't work with an analog phone connected to the Freebox, you need to:

Install the Xlite softPhone for Sip communications
Go to your Free interface and activate your freephonie account
Enter the Sip parameters (Username;Password;ProxySip--> freephonie.net)
Restart the Xlite softphone
In the end, the Sip account is registered, you can make calls to receive them on the softPhone --> in the Free management interface redirect calls to the Sip account.
