Wii already hacked but no sd card

Hello,
I just bought a Wii version 4.1 but I believe it has already been hacked. How can I know? I don't have the Homebrew Channel, but when I brought my Wii to the store, they told me it was cracked with an SD card... Is that possible?
What should I do since I know nothing about it?

    You can use it without worry even if it has been cracked. With real games of course...
    If you want to use copied games, you are not on the right site. ;p

    Be careful if the hack removal was done incorrectly (like just removing HBC), you risk damaging your Wii when doing updates. It's best to contact your seller to find out what method of hack they used, if that's the case.

    Thank you for your help Bob, but I went back to the store and they exchanged it for me. Indeed, the previous owner had just removed the HBC chain.
