Infection par cheval de troie

Bonjour,

J'ai un cheval de troie sur un autre ordi : impossible de me connecter sur internet.
Le PC en question a windows 7 et j'ai beau supprimer les infections détéctées par AVG Free, rien n'y fait.

Après avoir visité quelques forums j'ai fait un scan avec hijackthis (que je met en suite) mais je ne sais pas vraiment quoi en faire.

Quelqu'un peut-il m'aider ?
