[analyse hijackthis] pubs incessantes

Bonjour à tous

J'ai un problème: des pubs s'ouvrent toutes seules pendant que je navigue: je suis sur une page et la fenêtre change de taille et affiche une pub (paypopup, oas-central, great-coupon,shop-savings, tagworld...)

C'est insupportable! Aussi ais-je passé
- l'antivirus (kaspersky), ainsi que
- AdAware et Spybot.
Mais le problème est toujours là, même si ces 2 derniers logiciels ont virés pas mal de trucs.

En mode sans echec, j'ai viré le temp, les download progam files, vidé la corbeille, et dans Démarrer/panneau de configuration/options internet, j'ai supprimé les cookies et les"fichier temporaire internet".

J'ai refait un scan d'antivirus, et pour finir j'ai passé un coup de Hijackthis.

Voici le log. J'espère que qqun va m'aider dans mon problème, c'est vraiment très lourd et je ne m'y connais pas assez pour gérer ce problème.
