Hello,
here is
what I’m looking for are free or open-source software in the areas of accounting and payroll record keeping.
I’ve already seen this page:
https://www.commentcamarche.net/faq/9737-logiciels-de-gestion-et-comptabilite
but the links for accounting software don’t work!!
and I have the impression that OpenSi no longer makes free software!!
thanks in advance
and have a good day
Configuration: Windows7 & Ubuntu; AMD 64 x 2 : ATI HD 5770
2Go Ram

Hello
I downloaded this software but there’s a problem: as soon as I launch the app, it tries to connect directly to the internet, and it blocks! On the shortcut in "my programs" I can see "http/localhost:4064". Why does it want to go online? And if it blocks, it’s probably my firewall! Do you have any ideas? Thank you very much. Have a nice day.
Actually it's a WEB application
https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Application_web
That doesn't mean it's internet-related, but that it works like a server. Indeed there must be a local return to use it on a single machine.. The "localhost" is precisely the local loopback process.. and 4064 is probably the port to open in the Windows firewall so that it passes

of course yes!...
The local loop needs to be open... normally it is by default, except that the software seems to use port 4064 and that one must be closed by the firewall. so it must be opened
Normally XP would display a window saying that a software is blocked by the firewall and ask if you want to keep blocking, to open it or to ask again later....
Now under Seven.. I don't know.. with all these permissions in every direction that exist to protect anything and everything on these new OSes, it’s getting crazy!

I just did a quick installation of this software on XP and it works perfectly.
I think Seven must be the one causing a problem... During installation (quite long) the program launches an installation application in command mode, I think that must be what Seven dislikes.
However it seems to me that under Seven, it is possible to emulate XP and thus run software that is not compatible with Seven. Now to know how to do it, should you install in XP mode or just run the program in XP mode.. I have no idea, not having Seven
Or maybe try the Linux version.. ?

While browsing on Google, I found a site that lists the main commercial management software, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools:
http://www.logiciel-gestioncommerciale.fr
These are paid software, but they have the advantage of being proven. Most can be tested in demo (CD-ROM or download), so you can get an idea.
Some that are aimed at artisans, self-employed professionals, and small businesses are not expensive at all.
The best value for money is highlighted.
