Ciel Accounting Software under Windows 10

Hello,
I just switched to Windows 10 and I'm experiencing the following issue:
Ciel Compta version 17.0 won't open and I get the following error message
damaged application message CONFIG ERROR 4
source file Camconfig.cpp (767)
according to some responses I need to modify the Ciel Compta complements and web file
but I can't find the last part web??

If not, contact support to ask if there is indeed an incompatibility and what solution to adopt.

It's okay but there is no web so none of the subfolders.

I have the same problem and CIEL is telling me that the update is mandatory at the cost of €170 excluding tax.
