Hello,

I have been looking for several days for the drivers for my Olympus VN-4100PC dictaphone.
I have only found drivers for a 64-bit Vista version; I am looking for those for 32-bit Windows Vista and I can't seem to find my original CD.
I checked the Olympus website but I can't find anything...
I'm really stuck because I need to complete a project for university and conduct an investigation with it.

Thank you for the response, but these are drivers for a 64-bit Windows while I have a 32-bit Vista.  Best regards, Syvie

Ok, but when rereading the information on the site, it says "Before installing the driver, Digital Wave Player 2.1.4 or later must be installed on the computer."
So install the 'Digital Wave Player', the Vista and seven 64 bit drivers are in a directory you created, and if you have a question mark in your System devices, right-click on it and search for drivers on your computer > where you loaded them.

Hello, ladies and gentlemen,
after a complete restoration of my computer, the CD I had (delivered with the VN-4100PC device) is no longer recognized by Windows Vista, even though it used to work fine before, so I no longer have the software and consequently, I cannot install the driver.
I visited the Olympus France and America websites, but the update clearly states that I need to have the software installed beforehand. I sent an email to Olympus France, and they sent me a CD, but just like mine, it spins without doing anything; I've tried everything but in vain!!!!!
So who can tell me where I can download the software for the digital voice recorder VN-4100PC (I'm specifically referring to the software and not the driver).
