Ethernet USB Driver - LAN 10/100 M Solved/Closed

Question

Hello,

I just bought a USB/Ethernet adapter on the FNAC website.
I received the hardware, but the CD that supposedly contains the drivers is empty!!! (just empty folders).

I want to use this adapter on a PC running Windows XP version 2002 service pack 3.

Could someone kindly give me a tip on how to retrieve the driver please?

USB\VID_0FE6&PID_8101\5&CF6EFAE&0&1

Configuration: Windows XP / Firefox 3.0

The adapter is from the brand Shenzhen Honestar Electronic - made in China.

Hello,  Download this driver --> 7660_sr9usb Unzip it and install it manually: Right-click on the device in question Update driver Install from a list or specified location Don't search Have Disk Browse Go to the unzipped driver folder Select the file --> Sr9usb.inf Restart. Good evening, I have exactly the same problem. I downloaded the file and decompressed it, but I have an "illegible" file (a sheet with small colored squares). I bought a LAN USB key and the driver provided was empty. Can you please help me? Thank you.
