My GPS is the Tomtom XL carto France only. The carto for La Réunion can be purchased online from the Tom Tom website for 30€, I believe.
It installs very easily, and in case of problems, Tom Tom's customer service is very reliable. Their website also lists the models compatible with this carto. You need to look for Indian Ocean. I tested the carto a month ago. It is quite effective but a bit outdated. This means that some streets (in Port, for example) are indicated as unpaved roads while they are now fully completed and inhabited. I got lost in St-Denis for not following the GPS instructions that seemed wrong to me when in fact they were accurate! Enjoy your stay in La Réunion.
