TomTom stuck on voice selection

Hello,

Tomtom is stuck; after a reset for reconfiguration, it remains stuck on the language selection: after making a choice, the buttons
- test
- cancel
- select
do not work

can you help me

    Hi,

    Do you have a backup of your TomTom on your PC? If yes, try restoring it.

    Otherwise, connect to the PC, make a backup of the voice (copy it to your PC), delete it from the GPS (still via TomTom Home), and then reinstall the voice on the GPS.

    Always make backups whenever you change something.

    You should not copy by hand, as much as possible, use TomTom Home. In the program, click on "Manage my GPS," then choose "Voices," and copy to the computer (there are buttons for that, I believe it says "copy"). Then, delete from the GPS (still in the same menu).

    Afterward, choose "Add Maps/Voices..." in TomTom Home, and it will show you the items on your computer. Then you will select the voice you copied to your PC.

    Next, in TomTom Home, choose "disconnect my device." The GPS will turn on, and you can unplug it.

    Normally, this should resolve the issue.

    Otherwise, feel free to use the TomTom support on their website and ask the question, they are very friendly.

    Good evening,

    It is also possible to enter the beast's brain by connecting to the PC; in the workstation, there is Tomtom, you just need to delete the sounds and copy/paste the backup which should be found in my documents (if a backup was made, of course).

    In any case, it is imperative to make a good backup before any manipulation.
