j'aimerai savoir quelled driver je dois installer pour cette peripherique parce que je sais pas a quoi elle correspond
dans le gestionnaire de peripherique

oui ton PC est un Toshiba Qosmio F50-10M modèle PQF55E-00M00WGR
et ce sont les bons pilotes que je viens de te donner.

Télécharge ce fichier --> sdhost-202030210.zip, dézippe-le, ensuite va dans le gestionnaire de périphériques, fais un clic droit sur le périphérique en question, mettre à jour le pilote, coche: non pas pour cette fois, installer à partir d'une liste ou d'un emplacement spécifié, ne pas rechercher, disque fourni, parcourir, sélectionne le fichier TSDHD.INF, ouvrir, etc... Ensuite redémarre et vois que ca donne.

j'ai pas reussi
parce que j'ai pas ce que tu m'a dit
quand je clique sur mettre a jour j'ai 2 propositions :
1. recherche automatique
2. recherche un pilote sur l'ordinateur
quand je choisi le deuxieme, il a parcourir.
je parcoure et je selectionne le dossier dans lequel il y a le fichier cités mais je peux pas selectionne le fichier en elle meme. et je met suivant mais ca marche pas

Installe ce --> chipset, par la suite redémarre le pc, retourne dans le gestionnaire des périphériques, vois s'il y a encore des points d'interrogation et lesquels ?

Tu as déjà installé le dernier pilote ( chipset ) et redémarrer comme proposé ? Ca c'est fais vite, il me semble.
