USB flash memory drive

coquelicot33 -
When I turn on my computer, I'm asked for a password to use it. I don't remember the password at all, and when I try to reset it, a window says: "This feature requires a removable media, such as a USB flash drive." Where can I find this key, and how do I reset the password?

Hello, it's the startup password... do you know how to recover or create a new password?

Good evening. I just opened my old computer, and I realize that I've forgotten the password. I had only created a password without a Microsoft account. What should I do to unlock it?
