Hello,

thank you for this first response, but what do you mean by refreshing my email inbox?
Configuration: Windows Vista / Firefox 3.6.8

    If you are already in your inbox and you are waiting for or expecting an email, you will never see that email.

    You need to refresh the page, meaning 'bring it to the present'.
    In your browser, click on refresh, and normally you should receive the emails you are waiting for.

    You will always have to perform this action.
