Bonjour,
Cela fait plus d'une semaine qu'une fenetre Winfixer 2005 s'affiche systématiquement lorsque je me connecte, je ne l'ai pas installé, mais je ne peux pas me débarrasser de ces apparitions.
J'ai lu des tonnes de choses sur de nombreux sites pour tenter de me débrouiller toute seule et ne déranger personne, mais rien n'y fait. J'ai notemment fait un rapport Hijackthis que j'ai évalué en ligne, puis appliqué ce que l'evaluation me proposait de faire, mais rien n'a changé (sans doute mon inexpérience y est pour quelque chose)...
Y aurait-il une bonne ame pour me donner des indications et m'aider á m'en débarrasser?

est-ce que tu as un antivirus et un pare feu? si oui lesquels . est-ce que tu as ad aware ?
bon sinon fais un scan avec hijackthis et poste le rapport d'analyse .
voici la marche a suivre : Télécharge HijackThis: http://www.infos-du-net.com/telecharger/HijackThis.html ).
-Crée un dossier nommé HijackThis et place le dedans.
-Exécute le et clique sur Do a scan and save log file.
-Copie et colle ici ton rapport .
si tu as norton comme antivirus vire le et installe avast qui est est un vrai antivirus ( norton c'est une passoire a virus ) dispo ici http://files.avast.com/iavs4pro/setupfre.exe ( vire norton , installe avast , met le a jour et fais un scan complet de ton pc )

Pour répondre à tes questions, j'ai kaspersky antivirus et microsoft antispy (J'avais adaware mais il plantait tout le temps en plein milieu du scan donc j'ai changé...). Pas de pare-feu.
Il se trouve que mon modem vient de planter et ne sera réparé que mardi, donc je ne peux rien appliquer pour l'instant de ce que tu me conseilles (je suis dégoutée).
