Issue with printheads L.-s405

Hello everyone! I just got back from vacation, and when I tried to make a copy of a document, an error appeared on the small screen of my Lexmark s405: "There is a problem with the print heads." I tried replacing the ink cartridges, but nothing works....
Does anyone have any ideas?

Configuration: Linux / Firefox 3.6.8

    I tried to clean the printer head with paper towels, there was rust on it (well, an orangish substance) that was on the paper towel as well as the color... Nothing.

    I’m up, actually I need to print my plane tickets for Saturday... I’m looking on "print heads", I can’t find it...

    Hello, I have the exact same problem as you, so I don't know how to solve it. I can't even use the printer's screen. Did you find a solution? Thank you in advance.
