Hello,
I have been using the Ciel Quote Invoice software (version 4.1) for some time now, which I find very useful and quite easy to use.
What I don't know how to do is with the configurable reports! I would like to be able to automatically display the total including tax in words (not in numbers), I have looked everywhere in the software, I couldn't find this function!
Could you please let me know if anyone knows how to do it or has managed to do it, and guide me on how to do it!
Thank you.

Hello,
You need to insert the following field in the status generator: Letter([Total TTC\Piece])
This will give you the amount in full words.
See you!

Hello,
Thank you for your help!
Unfortunately, your solution Letter([Total TTC\Pièce]) does not work!
I have indeed inserted the parameter in the state generator with no effect!
First of all, I want to point out that the correct syntax is: Total TTC\N° de pièce and not Total TTC\Pièce.
I even tried Lettres, LETTRE, LETTRES, lettre, lettres.
Even after making this correction, your solution still does not work!
If I’m asking for help here, it’s because Ciel’s support is not great; for over 10 days I have had no response!
I hope you will find a solution!
Thank you.

Hello,
On the Sky quote invoice v5, the field is Letter([Total TTC\Piece number])
You can set it by inserting a function, take the Math function, and inside there is the conversion to letters, then select the desired field

The interest is in my case essential!
Some of my clients (often abroad) require me to have the total including tax written out in full on the invoice as well! (in addition to the figure!)
And I admit it's tiring to do it manually every time!
I would like to be able to automatically transcribe the numbers in words!
Example: total including tax: 1452.25 Euros
what I wish to automatically add:
one thousand four hundred fifty-two euros and 25 cents.
Thank you for any help!
