I'm with Free as well, I think the answer is not accurate, I switched to Chrome just a month ago because of blocking, frozen images, etc... with Internet Explorer, but when I downloaded with IE, some downloads took 17 minutes for the fastest. I can confirm that since I've been using Chrome, it's been lagging. With a technical background (used to a troubleshooting mindset), it's obvious that the problem comes from Chrome and not from Free..... I am waiting for relevant solutions..... Thank you
With Chrome, it's definitely throttling, the same thing: right-click copy-paste, copying is impossible!
