Displaying the menu bar in Google Chrome

Hello,
I can't seem to display the menu bar (file edit view tools) in Google Chrome on Windows 7, despite my searches on the "how it works" forum.
If anyone has a solution, please let me know.

Hello,

to my knowledge, there is no menu bar on Chrome; the only menu available is the three vertical dots on the right, below the close button.

EDIT: However, you can hide or show the favorites bar by pressing Ctrl+Shift+B
