Hello,
I can't install the driver for my webcam; a DLL file with a lot of numbers can't find its path, and it always ends up telling me to delete any existing files that may have been installed.
What can I do to fix this?
Thank you very much.
Configuration: windows xp

Trust a changé le nom de la caméra 320 spacecam en HiRes Webcam WB-3200G. Je viens de télécharger avec succès le pilote pour ma caméra 320 spacecam depuis le site de Trust.

J'espère que cela a été utile.

    Hi Valerie!
Search for the DLL in question!

      thank you for your response, but I am a bit of a novice in computer science. I went to your site, but none of the DLLs look like mine, and even if I find one, what should I do next;
thank you for specifying the steps to follow because apparently several people have problems installing this webcam.

Hi, I tried to install the driver with the CD, it started off quite well but then I got a message: DOCUME~1\Valou\LOCALS~1\Temp20A4352A-237B-41DD-A6C0-3CD2F8E8D35C}\irst.dll
      not installed, access denied.
Then another message: do you want to completely remove the selected application and all its components.
Whether I click yes or cancel, the result is the same.
Also, I tried plugging in the webcam before or after all these steps, and it's the same.
Thank you very much for your help.

I downloaded your drivers from Trust.
You can retrieve them from my FTP under the name "TrustSpaceCam320".
Try those and see if it works! It seems to be the latest version of the drivers!

I thank you, old PC, but it still doesn't work. I think I'm going to take it back to the store if it keeps this up.

Is your account on your PC an Administrator account?
      >>> If you don’t have one, log in with an Administrator account to install your webcam.

Otherwise, are you using an operating system other than the following:
      -Windows XP
      -Windows ME
      -Windows 98
      -Windows 2000
      >>> If you are using one other than these, there are currently no compatible drivers for your system...

Download the latest driver from Trust and unzip it on the desktop.
Right-click on the launcher icon and select Properties.
Select "Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows XP SP2" and apply.
Install the driver and it works perfectly.

    Hello,

    go to this website:

    http://www.trust.com/products/default.aspx?section=drivers&item=13178

Download the driver called Windows XP - 1.0.

After the download, extract the folder and create a folder.

Then, when you are installing the drivers, point them to the "My folder" that was created.

It seems stupid but indeed the Windows ME drivers do make the camera work on VISTA. ;)

Hello, I have a Trust 320 Space Cam that I would like to reconnect to my computer, but the problem is that I'm on Vista and I can't install the software (CD provided) and I don't know where to find a driver online! Thank you for helping me. Ladybug. (I went to the Trust website but there are no drivers for my cam on Vista) Is there another solution to install it? Thank you.

    Hello
I installed everything on my computer for my webcam, but I can't configure it. It doesn't say Trust webcam, etc.
It says something else and it asks me to choose, but I don't have the choice.
    Thank you for replying
If you didn't understand my message, let me know and I'll rephrase it.

      I found the solution.
Boot Windows in safe mode (press F8 during startup)
      Log in as the administrator
Install the webcam using the Trust driver
      Restart the PC normally
      And it works
      There you go, good luck!
