Hello,
I have a problem with the path outline in Photoshop CS2. I create a path. I select a shape in the brush tool, I right-click on the path and then choose the "Stroke Path" option. But here's the thing, only the anchor points are colored while I want the entire path to be colored. Is there an option to check or uncheck?
Help me, please!

Indeed, it's not an option; it's the method that is wrong..
When you have finished your path (which must be closed to be filled), you go to the path palette and click on the little icon at the bottom: "transform the path into selection"
Once that's done, all you have to do is go to the menu "Edit/fill/foreground color"

I have the same problem. I've done dozens of paths, I used "path outline" with the shape I defined to follow the path and create nice curves, but now, today, when I try to do the same thing that I've done dozens of times, it doesn't work anymore. Photoshop applies my shape only on the anchor points of my path instead of following the entire curve of my path...
HELP!!!!
HELP!!!!
After over an hour of searching through tutorials and forums, I finally found out where the problem was.
In the options of the "brush" tool, you need to change the "step" option, which is a checkbox. I have no idea why it changed since I had never gone to play in that menu... But anyway... depending on whether it is checked or not, you can either follow the path of the stroke or leave marks at the anchor points.

Thanks anyway.
I'm trying to reproduce the problem... and I can't...
I'm making a trace (I keep it active without changing tools), I right-click - stroke the path, or stroke the section of the path, I check simulate pressure to have a thicker impression in the middle compared to the ends... and it works like in the video (even though I'm in CS2). You have to define the thickness of the tool (the brush in this case) which will give the color... if you left it at 1px it looks a bit...
