Freebox HD TV freezing and green pixels

Hello,

Since yesterday morning, I can no longer watch the channels on the Freebox.

On the HD channels, the picture is heavily stuttering, as if the connection were bad (which is not the case). The pixels are turning green all over the screen. The Freebox HD takes a while to change channels, only the menu works properly. When it comes to a non-HD channel, there's no sound...

I then tried to connect my DUNE HD BASE 3.0 media player to the Freebox using an Ethernet cable (RJ45), but it doesn't recognize it, even though it was working perfectly just two days ago.

My player works wonderfully on the TV, my connection is perfect, but I can no longer view the Freebox channels or establish a network connection with the player.

If anyone has any ideas on this matter, I would appreciate it.

Thank you in advance for your responses.

Best regards.

Configuration: Windows XP / Internet Explorer 8.0

Hello, just for your info, I encountered the same type of problem with the television that "pixelates" to the point where the image freezes on the screen. This was accompanied by a loss of sound, which had never happened before. I tried unplugging both boxes, but that didn't solve my problem. I eventually found the solution by unplugging and replugging both freeplugs.
... Go figure!!!

Thanks for the tip. It works 5/5. Thanks a lot. Any idea to improve the functionality of the new Canal Sat remote that should be thrown away?? (I can increase the channels or the volume but I can't go back!)

Unplugging and plugging the freeplug back in solved the problem for me. Thank you.
