Image et son bloqués sur Freebox HD

Hello,

Like many Freebox users, I'm experiencing freezes with both sound and image (sound cuts out after 1 to 2 minutes, followed a few seconds later by a picture freeze, sound temporarily returns after changing channels but then bugs again)...
Indeed, after checking all possible solutions found on the internet, I have no more options. Nothing has changed in any case. So I'm posting this to see if there's a miracle solution.

My configuration is:

Currently connected to a total unbundled Freebox plan on an inactive number
NRA: MNE69
Length: 861 meters
Attenuation: 12 dB

LG HD TV 26LG300
Freebox HD V5. Connected via HDMI.

Here are the attempts I’ve made:

- Freebox on standby: 3 hours later, still no change
- Changed ping to serenity mode. After several days, no changes.
- In the display settings: changed to 4/3 which made no difference, switched to 1080i50 which had the same effect.
- Resynchronized the Freeplug. No change.
- Changed Wi-Fi channel (Channel 8). No change.
- Activated/deactivated the hard drive. No change.

If you have other solutions, I'm open to any suggestions.
Even putting it in the fridge for 2 days like with phone cards. Hehe....
Anyway, I'm desperate...

HELP ME!!

I solved the issue of freezing of the image and sound on my fully unbundled Freebox.
First, you need to switch to "serenity" mode on the "my account" page.
Second and most importantly:
You need to plug the Free plugs into independent outlets. You must avoid using multiple sockets connecting the Free plugs to the electrical current. There are interferences with other devices connected to the same multiple socket. A Free advisor advised me, and it worked.

Thank you for this solution because that’s exactly what I did and it worked! And yes, I had plugged the freeplug into an extension cord last week! THANK YOU!!!

Damn it!! I've been trying every possibility for over 4 hours (putting the Freebox on its side, switching through the 13 channels one by one, etc...) while the solution was right in front of my eyes... removing that f***ing Freeplugs from my power strip and plugging it into a single outlet...

Anyway, good for you Adrian33!!!
