Issue with a queued print job Solved

Question

Good evening,I need a kind soul who could tell me how to remove a print job from a queue that is blocking other prints and won't cancel despite several attempts. I've even turned off the PC, but nothing works.Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

There is another solution:

With administrative rights,
1. Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
2. Right-click on Print Spooler, choose Stop
From this point, no one will be able to print.

3. Go to this folder C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS
4. Delete all files present
5. Restart the service mentioned in 2.

turning it off won't solve the problem!

You should have a printer icon appearing in the taskbar at the bottom right.

At worst, you start an impression and right-click on the "show queue" icon, the window will appear with any ongoing prints, right-click on the items to cancel, you'll be asked if you want to cancel or delete, click on what you want to do.

Or you can restart, the icon should appear and indicate that there are items pending for printing, click on the icon, the printing should start and cancel each time until there are no more items.

As an administrator, you can type the following command in the command line (cmd.exe):
NET STOP SPOOLER && NET START SPOOLER

This stops and restarts the print spooler. Normally, this is enough to clear the queue.

None of the solutions proposed above have worked for me.
The stuck document remains in the "Deleting-Printing in progress" state on the network printer.

Restarting the printer didn't help either.

Any other solution?

AH thank you Julius! Thanks to you, I finally managed to get my printer started! My printer wasn't working because there was a document stuck in the queue. I was trying to delete it in vain and after your advice... BAM! My printer worked, thank you!
