Good evening,
I need a kind soul who could tell me how to remove a print job from a queue that is blocking other prints and won't cancel despite several attempts. I've even turned off the PC, but nothing works.
Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

There is another solution:
With administrative rights,
1. Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Services
2. Right-click on Print Spooler, choose Stop
From this point, no one will be able to print.
3. Go to this folder C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS
4. Delete all files present
5. Restart the service mentioned in 2.
