Documents remain in the queue

Solved

Hello,
I have an Epson Stylus 235 printer, installed correctly. It was working. I changed my computer to an Asus Windows 7 64-bit Home Edition. I installed my printer. It is detected and appears in Devices and Printers. When I start a print job, the process starts but the printer goes into error, and my document goes into the queue. Then I go to the icon of my printer in Devices and Printers, right-click, troubleshoot, and the printing starts. I can't find a solution despite several installations and uninstallations of the printer and multiple searches on the internet.
Thank you for your insights!!! I'm stuck here!!!

For printers that are no longer printing, like the Epson DX6000, just go to the printer in the Control Panel, right-click, and click on "Resume Printing" in the context menu!!!
