Hello,My HP printer is stuck and I can't get the pending document to print! HELP ME!! Thank you

under Vista:

1) Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Printers
2) Double click on your printer
3) Go to the "Printer" menu and click on "Cancel All Documents"
(or right-click on the "stuck" document and click on "Cancel"

I have the same problem, the document won't go away, I deleted it from the machine that initiated it and from the server as well, the document has been deleting since yesterday and it still doesn't leave the list...

I went to the printer icon (Start/Devices and Printers) right-click in the drop-down menu you find "Current jobs" just cancel or hold good luck HB

another possible cause of the problem:
-click on view current print jobs
a window opens and click on printer, a list will appear and uncheck the box next to "suspend printing" and the printer will start automatically.
