Printer stuck with document pending

Hello,
My HP printer is stuck and I can't get the pending document to print! HELP ME!! Thank you
Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

    under Vista:

    1) Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Printers
    2) Double click on your printer
    3) Go to the "Printer" menu and click on "Cancel All Documents"
    (or right-click on the "stuck" document and click on "Cancel"
