Where to find Heart Scale in Soul Silver

In the Soulsilver version, I need to find a Heart Scale but I don't know where to look, thank you for helping me find one.

break all the rocks with rock shatter, with a bit (or a lot) of luck you will find one

You go to the Pokéathlon, and to get in, you need at least 1000 (which isn't very complicated). By participating in contests, you approach a lady, talk to her, and you can buy it from her. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

I found one at Irisia North, but you can also at the Carmin East Rocks.

Otherwise, I don't know what day it is, but there’s one at the Dome Pokéathlon at the Dome shop.

Pokéathlon isn't very hard, especially with AR ;)
