Hello everyone!
For the past few days, my emails haven't been working properly on my iPhone. I was receiving them fine, but the display was problematic: the bottom bar with the previous/next/delete/reply buttons was missing.
So I couldn't navigate between emails and had to log in on my computer.
And since this morning, everything has disappeared!
I still receive notifications, but when I open my emails, only a black screen appears.
Has anyone encountered this issue?
Thank you in advance!
Configuration: Mac OS X / Safari 528.16

Hello,
I have exactly the same problem, every time I try to check my emails on the iPhone: black screen! But I still receive push alerts informing me of new emails... I don't understand, I deleted and recreated my email account and it didn't change anything
HELP!
Thank you.

Hello,
I have the same problem as you since last night... Have you found a solution? Is your screen working again?
Thank you for getting back to me.

Hello,
To solve your problem, simply reset your iPhone. To do this and for other issues of this kind, press the power button and the home button (below the iPhone screen) simultaneously.
