Hello,
Since a cartridge change, I can no longer start my printer. I first received this error message: "ink system error. printing impossible. see printer documentation. error 0xc19a0035. turn off then turn on the device."
After following the reset procedure (unplugging, help button + OK, plugging back in), nothing worked. And now, when I turn on my printer, no message appears. An elongated hourglass or progress bar shows up for a few seconds, then the printer turns off. Have you ever encountered a problem like this? Is it reversible or should I consider throwing it away and reinvesting?
Thank you for your help!

I also had the error 0xc18a0201 on a Photosmart C5180.
I tried to fix it using the method described on the forums (removing the cartridges, unplugging, waiting, plugging back in, replacing the cartridges, and
unplugging, pressing "Help" and "OK" buttons simultaneously, reconnecting, ...).
The error is still there.
Does anyone have a solution to suggest?
