Hello, I changed my PC: before when I connected my Galaxy Jump with a USB port cable, an application would open that was very convenient.

Which application should I download and where can I find it so that it works again as before. Thank you

    This is certainly the Samsung Smart Switch application (, )

    Samsung Kies used to be a candidate but concerns phones released up to Android 4.x, up to 2013 therefore.

    In the future be clearer:

    - Samsung Jump, we are at the 5th version. That obviously changes everything in searches --'

    - the behavior of the expected app, besides "it opens" we have nothing else, not even its purpose.

      Thank you, but it’s not the app I had; this one downloads TikTok and other things in addition and asks for a payment method.
